My daughter is 8 months old,can i give egg to my baby,is it safe.....i heard egg whites are big allergy to babies below 12 months. Any other healthy food options pls suggest me

You may start half boiled egg. start with yellow of the egg. after a few days you can start egg white. If any allergic reaction , then you have to stop. Egg allergy is known but it is not as frequent as you think.

If you are introducing egg first introduce yellow part which is least allergic.In semiliquid  properly cooked version.Give yellow for few weeks then introduce egg white
