Drinking aloe vera juice is generally considered unsafe for a 1-year-old because it can lead to severe side effects like abdominal cramping, diarrhea, and potential electrolyte imbalances. While topical application of pure aloe gel may offer relief for eczema symptoms, there is no proven benefit to consuming the juice for skin conditions in infants
Drinking aloe juice has no proven benefit for eczema
- eczema is one of those common pediatric skin condition , which to some extent can benefit because of topical skin application of aloe vera . But oral aloe juice has no proven benefit. Instead the aloe juice to younger children can have dangerous effects like cramping, diarrhea and electrolyte disturbances in children because of laxative type effect of aloe latex.

Hello! Usually Aloe Vera Juice is not recommended for children below 13 years due to its laxative and diarrhoea inducing effects. It can be given in small amounts. However if eczema is extensive it requires topical steroids and emollients and anti-itch medication if the itch is too much
