My baby is 9 months old and what all can I give for weight gain. Do doctors recommend cerelac. If not cerelac what else can I give

Dear parents According to me Stop milk from 8am to 8pm and give semisolid Diet like dal daliya khichdi rice ALU kela apple suji halwa rab kadi upama poha idle fruitcream satu etc Give every 3hrly. FROM 8pm to 8am give milk.upperlimit is 400ml per day. Avoid roti chapathi bread and biscuits.upto 2.6year. For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70 calories,100mljuice give 55 calories 100 gm semisolid food gives 350calories.

Packed foods are not recommended. Can add good fats like ghee/ avocado/ home made malai.
