I have fatty liver,16cm,what are the foods to eat to maximize the benefit of medicine???Can i take coconut water as suggested by a relative,is there any harm taking coconut water???!

No there is no harm in taking coconut water at all . You should eat just least or without oil light homemade food with good quantity of water n fresh fruits and veggies etc . Consult directly fr proper guidance and help

The best way to manage a fatty liver condition is to > reduce processed foods, especially those high in sugar. > limit Alcohol intake > Eating plenty of good quality fruits and vegetables provides adequate nutrition to your body and also help you reduce the amount of fat. > Finally, managing your calorie intake ensures that your energy requirement is in balance and the excess food is not stored as fat in and around your body. Foods and Drinks that you should eat for a fatty liver 1. Coffee to lower abnormal liver enzymes 2. Greens to prevent fat buildup Like Broccoli,spinach, Brussels sprouts, and kale. 3. Walnuts to improve the liver 4. Milk and other low-fat dairy to protect from damage 5. Sunflower seeds for antioxidants  that may protect the liver from further damage. 6. Garlic to help reduce body weight fat in people with fatty liver disease. 7. Green tea for less fat absorption.
