Fluctuating blood pressure
Yesterday my bp was around 160/100 as per home machine. Today morning, a medical assistant measured it as 130/80. Today evening, a doctor measured it as 160/92. Usually it is around 140/85 No extra tension or exertion in last few days. However I have been deprived of usual quota of sleep. Do I need to be worried?

Fluctuations in blood pressure may happen , and it is not a good sign if such high levels are noted. Hence it is necessary for you to visit a physician over two days for BP readings . And if necessary he/she might put you on anti hypertension medicines. There are also wearable strappable devices which monitor BP over a 24hr duration.
Next Steps
Consult with me. In person or online.

Please ensure that the cells of your home BP machine are not old. Please keep a record of your BP  morning and evening for a few days. Please consult your Physician with the readings. All your readings can't be ignored.
