I am feeling fluctaute pain in my left arm,upper neck portion and back portion. The pain comes and goes of it own. I am feeling this since 2-3 days . Is it something serious

If it is a persistent pain and not relieving with rest, kindly do an ecg. If the pain feels like it travels like a shock wave, then should be evaluated for neck vertebral problems like ankylosis. Sometimes abnormal posturing for a long time during sleep or rest might evoke such pains.
