Flat bump on top of vagina

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had this bump on my vagina for a few months now. It's flat and a pink colour. I shave, so when I noticed it I went to a doctor. I was told it was an ingrown hair. The other day I noticed it was filled with puss, so I popped it. It was popped and then drained with a little blood. It does not hurt and is small in size. No other symptoms.
