I had a laser fistulectomy surgery before 3 months every thing is all right by the grace of God I want to know I have to travel from one place to another by going in my own car distance approximately 600 kilometers can I sit for a long time and drive car of for a long time please advise..

Not advisable
Because already fistula is there .. should avoid long drive
2nd thing .. before surgery adequate rest , prepared both mentally and physically that is important for post operative recovery also
