Fissure problem
I have been suffering from fissure for last 9 years right after childbirth before that I was perfectly normal I am not having constipation but starting stool is a little bit hard that causes flare ups i feel very comfortable when I use PEG 3350+isabgol. I used it sometimes for two weeks I just wanted to know can I use it for long time pls reply.

As per your history, this looks like chronic fissure in Ano and after repeated attack internal sphincter becomes rigid and doesn’t relax fully during evacuation and also lead to pain in case stool is hard. Would like to examine physically and if require would suggest surgery for that
