Depends a lot on how long you have been having and how severe is the problem sir. Most of the mild cases. Upto 99% recovers with medicines and can be maintained with medicines.. but since you mentioned grade 2 .. it might need surgical intervention
Next Steps
consult with me online for further plans. preventive steps and what to do to see if the symptoms improve with medicine or not.
Health Tips
if you have severe pain and bleeding better to go for surgery. even after surgery you need to strictly follow proper bowel habits and diet plan. consult for further discussion

Grade 2 hemorrhoids typically involve prolapse outside the anal canal during bowel movements but retract on their own. Conservative treatments often work well for grade 2 hemorrhoids. These may include dietary changes (increasing fiber intake), topical treatments (such as ointments or creams), sitz baths (soaking the affected area in warm water), and over-the-counter pain relievers. In some cases, procedures like rubber band ligation or sclerotherapy might be recommended

That would be better answered by the surgeon who did the proctoscopy Or if you want second opinion, always ask the doctor who are expert in this field, you should ask. Gastro surgeon or a colo-rectal surgeon
