Fever with pain in leg

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mother has been suffering from fever nearly for last 7 -8 days.she is also having musle pain in her leg and the whole body.a small sore is also present in the leg.the blood test shows all the normal results.why is it happening then?what may be the cause?
