It isn't possible to come to a diagnosis with the history alone. If the fever is persistent and worsening I'd advise you to go to the ER and get further evaluation and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause. Your symptoms require antipyretic, antihistamine, antacid and antibioltics(if a bactrial infection is confirmed).
The following could be of help:
- Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot water and food.
- Have a liquid diet such as soups and juices and slowly increase to solid diet as per your tolerance, Do not skip any meals.
- Have vitamin C rich food items which will help increase your immunity.
- Salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day
- Steam inhalation thrice a day
- Rest plenty body heals while at rest.
If fever is persistent or worsens visit the nearest ER
