Fever while sleeping

Asked for Male, 25 Years

This is about my wife whenever she is sleeping her body get warm and she suffering from fever at that time and whenever she wake up and for whole day there is a no problem with her but while she is sleeping everynight everytime her body is getting warm and she is suffering from fever at the sleeping time only. Her age 25 years. And not under any medicine routine. kindly suggest.
