Just take paracetamol tablet 650 mg thrice daily for two days... We can start antibiotics if fever still persists

Hi, for fever just for one day that too 100.We don't prescribe any antibiotic as such, take only PCM 500 sis but if you have other symptoms too, then kindly connect with proper history for furthr trtmnt.
