Day before yesterday I got sore throat yesterday I got fever I still have fever and sore throat and weakness. Can't be ruled out. The best ypu can do is to take tab paracetamol 500 mg bid x 3 days.
Tab panto 40 mg bbf x 3 days.
Take steam inhalation.
Drink plenty of water.
Tab levocetrizine plus chlorpheniramine twice daily for next 3 days.
