Hi, it is very difficult and inappropriate to interpret an ecg without assessing symptoms. Feels like an ecg kept for the exam. That being said, ecg does show features of left ventricular hypertrophy. Hence I need further symptoms and clinical status to arrive at a clinical diagnosis. Do you have high blood pressure? I would also have to use my stethoscope to hear for valve abnormality. So please consult a nearby physician or cardiologist.
