Fever since from yesterday

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a fever low grade 99.1 f.which is not coming down after taking parasafe 650 mg.no cough ,no cold,no sore throat,no strep throat. I am taking tab.taxim o 200 mg bd pc Tab.parsafe 650 mg..I am on going pyschiatric medicine tab.bupro sr 150 by a psychiatrist.is it side effects of bupropion sir?

Good day to you sir Measure temperature with a thermometer to be sure that you have fever. If the fever is not coming down even with paracetamol and antibiotics then you ll have to get a complete blood count done to certify the infection and the antibiotic has to be changed if you have taken if for a considerable time and the fever hasn't subsided.
