I am having fever and headache since 2-4 days Weakness, fatigue, dizziness, feeling of nausea . I have done several blood tests But all the reports were negative for any disease Please solve my problem

Tab buspiron10 mg two times a day after food for SEVEN DAYS if you feel better CONTINUE it. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS LIKE nimbupani mosambi juice butter milk, coconut water.etc. No peanut to consume. Tab sibelium 10 mg on at night.for three to five days. Tab vertin 24 mgone at night. LIGHT DIET.ok.
