Fever problem in urine release body pain

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Sir/Madam I had taken covishhield vaccine on 4th of July.Next day I got slight fever n headache. I took pcm 650mg n I got relief. But since last night I am feeling shivering n fever n problem in urine release. I have taken PCM 650mg.but didn't work.what should I take..Can I take uti curing medicine. Kindly suggest me. Thanks & Regards Bhavesh Kumar
