Fever ,platlets down

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi I'm suffering from fever & platelets goes down near about 124000 from last three days..and doctor added paracetamol 3times a day in my doses.. & today 4th day m feeling good no fever no weakness but little bit pain in my liver side area...I test my sgpt /shot it comes 550 / 786 m confused....and shoked ...plz guide what I have to do....
