I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Gudcef-plus twice a day after food for 5 days.
Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days.
Tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of fluids and ORS.
