Fever for 10 months baby

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My baby is having fever since past 3 days and doctor has suggested to give crocin drops 0.8ml. Her temperature goes down when we give her meds. After few hours it goes back to 99°. What should we do now? Should we give some other meds?

If the baby is active, nothing to worry about. Viral fever lasts 4 days at least and needs only crocin for fever relief. Please continue for 1 day more. If fever increases or child has other symptoms, visit your pediatrician for physical check up again
