Regarding water after 6 months for baby
How can I give water to my daughter with taal mishri or simple boiled water?? And what food should I give her now??? Mango and  watermelons are safe for baby?

Boiled cold water can be given.u can start child on winning food now but items one by one adding weekly.starting with liquid, porridge and slowly increasing the texture to semi solid and then solid.  Ideal not to start sugar b4 2yr age.

You can give plain boiled and cooled water. No need to add taal mishri/sugar routinely. If baby is above 6 months: • Continue breastfeeding/formula • Homemade soft foods are best: khichdi, dal-rice, curd, roti mashed in dal, vegetables, fruits • Mango and watermelon are generally safe if fresh, clean and given in small amounts initially • Avoid packed juices, very spicy/oily food, excess sugar and outside cut fruits If loose motions/cold/cough are present, continue normal diet and fluids unless vomiting is significant.
