Hello, it seems you have developed fever, cough and blocked nose most likely due to a viral infection or sudden exposure to cold after your bath. Don’t worry, this is quite common. Take adequate rest and keep yourself well hydrated. Steam inhalation 2–3 times daily will help relieve nose block. You can take paracetamol for fever sos when there is fever Warm fluids (soup, ginger tea, turmeric milk) can soothe the throat. Do salt water gargles 3 times a day
Next Steps
If fever persists beyond 2–3 days, symptoms worsen, or you develop breathing difficulty, please consult a doctor for proper examination and tests to rule out bacterial infection or flu.
Health Tips
I would be happy to assess your symptoms in detail and guide you on whether any medicines or antibiotics are required.

Hey, don’t worry. It might just be a normal viral fever. Take Paracetamol 650 mg three times a day — morning, noon, and night — after food for three days. Avoid bathing in cold water, drink warm water, and get adequate rest. Everything will be fine.
Next Steps
Book an appointment to consult with me so that I can prescribe some syrup medication.
Health Tips
Just don't eat or drink cold items and avoid cold air exposure.
