Fever, cold with stomach pain
Hi doctor
My son aged 10 yrs has fever since 4 days... 2 days he had 101 degree fever n then 3 rd day normal and again now he has fever with cough and cold... He has stomach pain too ... Blood test done it's uploaded pls suggest what could be the problem

IBUGESIC PLUS 5 ML THRICE AFTER FOOD.
DICLOFENAC SYR 5 ML TWICE FOR PAIN ABDOMEN RELIEF, USE AS REQUIRED TWICE.OR SOS.

The patient is still in acute illness phase. It will take 3-5 days to recover. Urine tests are normal and blood report shows acute infection, nothing to worry about.
