  4. Fever, cold , cough. Further course?

Fever, cold , cough
I am 30 yrs old. Fever started yesterday night with Chills (shivering). I took carpol tablet and than fever subsided. Today again I have fever with chills and taking carpol in every 6 hours. Fever remains from 100.8 to 102. I do have cough and cold with fever and taking Deletus -D for cough. Started montair-lc also. Can you pls suggest further course ?
