Fever, cold, cough and throat
I have fever, running nose, cold, sneeze, slight tiredness and cough and it hurts throat. I have yellow phlegm as well. I have taken nimulid, azy500 and sinarest. Had some benefits not a lot. Especially cough is frequent.

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned add (KOFAREST PLUS-15 ) ml every 8 hours for cough in place of sinarest , take other medications as usual,do warm saline gargle every 3 hours for 3 days.

It looks like viral throat infection, continue azy500 for 6days, tab.sinarest for cold, Listerine mouth wash + tus-Q lozenges to chew, if no relief after 3days get investigated.
