Good morning please consult online or visit my clinic at Noida. Or consult a local GP. She might require hospital care for dehydration. Now days Viral fever is on rise . She will require absolute bedrest. Give Diclofenac plus Paracetamol combination. Get her CBC and Dengue serology year done
