Fever, body pains , & head ache

For last two days I’m suffering from body pains especially in joints , lite fever, & head ache. Actually, I’m a migraine patient. I took one flexon tablet when I took the tablet I feel okay, after 10-11hours again I’m back to that sickness. age 22 years
