My sister is suffering from fever and womiting but when I give him paracetamol she looks better but after some time fever and womiting starts...Plzz advice

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can give her a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days and tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day after food for 3 days.
