Your blood report is suggestive of a bacterial infection from the readings. I would advice you to have antibiotics, antihistamines, antacids and antipyretics. The following steps will be of help: - Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot water and food. - Have a liquid diet such as soups and juices and slowly increase to solid diet as per your tolerance, Do not skip any meals. - Have vitamin C rich food items which will help increase your immunity. - Salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day - Steam inhalation thrice a day - Rest plenty body heals while at rest. If the fever is persistent or worsens visit nearest ER
