My husband has got fever last night 102 and 100 but now went down to 97 98 with throat itching. He has taken dolo paracetamol and atoz multivitamin with limcee vit c . Since only 1 night has passed so he has not taken any antibiotic like azithromycin. Could we please get guidance on this also is home collection covid test available for gwalior city location? If yes then which lab?

Hello It will be relieved  by the medication and quite possibly not recur. In any case, It's best to get early investigations done in this covid situation. Get RTPCR done. Look for any more fever spikes and monitor oxygen saturation.  You'll have to search online for the nearest covid testing lab.
