I had 101 fever yesterday ,but since today morning it is 99.also it came down to 98 twice Also have wet cough No weakness/no body pain Medicine taken -crocin/sinarest and gargles Please advise what i need to do

Mask up, hand washing regularly, maintain social distancing,avoid cold food items, regular betadine gargle 3times daily , lung exersise,yoga, monitor pulse temp and spo2 level every 2hrs, take steam and kadha 3times daily , stop all medication if any allergic reaction occur
