Hello, Day before yesterday I caught cold and by evening I had fever, day before I took calpol tablet and the fever was somewhat reduced, yesterday night I took the tablet before sleep and today morning feel like this fever has not reduced, I can open my eyes properly and I have body pain n slight cough  with cold. Can you please suggest any medicine for afternoon so that my fever is reduced till I go see a doc in the evening. Thank you in advance
