Today from mrg. Having fever 100.5 and little bit shoulder and legs pain as I worked late yesterday night till 4 a.m. On 1 may I got covid also. Plz help me.

Any history of cold/running nose/throat pain? Have you checked your SpO2? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management. Need to do Cbc, Rtpcr done. Should start on oral antibiotics and pain killers.
