My husband was having high 3.5 fever yesterday and today it was down till night but increased at 2 along with cold and cough did blood test dengue, typhoid and malaria is negative but crp is 75 we did covid antigen which is negative please help am worried

Any history of breathlessness/Headache/weakness/lethargy??
