Do a blood report cbc, mp ict, dengue, widal
Give following medicine
Tab dolo 650 1 tablet twice a day after food for 3 days and sos
Tab augmentin duo 625 1 tablet twice a day after food for 5 days
Tab pantocid dsr 1 tablet once a day before food for 5 days
