Feet jingling in both legs

There is jingling in both the feet. I am unable to wear shoes as after wearing the shoes the feet starts hurting. And at night time while I am going to sleep the leg hurts.

Any swelling or dilated veins on legs? How many hours do you sit at your desk. It could be vitamin b12 deficiency or nerve compression. Needs evaluation actually.
