Feeling of anxiety and palpitations

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Sir I've been having this feeling of uneasiness and anxiety since yesterday evening . I took full course of my medicines yeeterday. I was fine all day yesterday but in evening I felt bit indifferent . What could be the reason for it ? I had to travel a bit as well yesterday . Any particular thing i need to get done to check what's wrong?
