If it is aggravated after a car trip most likely its just motion sickness but other causes like vestibular migraine should be ruled out so its recommended that you consult a general physician directly.
Next Steps
If there is constant nausea then you can take Tablet Emeset 4mg thrice a day for 2-3 days.
Health Tips
consult directly.

Since the symptoms are persisting even after 1 day at home, it may not be simple motion sickness alone. Causes like gastritis, acidity, inner ear (vestibular) issues, migraine, dehydration, or early pregnancy (if applicable) can present this way. Kindly share: • Any vomiting or nausea severity • Headache, dizziness, or ear pain • Abdominal pain or acidity • Fever • Last menstrual period (if applicable) If symptoms worsen or vomiting continues, a proper consultation is advised for examination and medication.

Your symptoms are suggestive of motion sickness. They will subside very soon with adequate rest. But you can take antiemetic along with PPI to boost your recovery.
