Feeling low during morning time
Sir, My name is Archana C, my age is 32. My weight is 43 kg. I am a mother too. Iam preparing for govt examinations. I want to start my studies early morning , but when i woke up , i feel like tired with low energy. Also i have head ache atleast 3 to 4 times per month. If i do any household work also, feel tired more frequently. So to be more active can you please refer me any drink or diet to be followed in my daily routine. I have  dust allergy too. Thank you

Madam  get some basic test's done like CBC and thyroid profile t3 , t4 , TSH. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Drink ORS ( mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink) at least 2 packets per day for a week atleast ok. Sleep for 6 hours atleast.

You mentioned your age and weight but you didn't mention your height. There are chances that your BMI  is very low. Please calculate your BMI  and do basic investigation like Blood CBC,  SugarLFT,  KFT. With the reports Please consult with a General Physician on Practo.
