Feeling like diarrhea and vomiting
My wife is feeling like diarrhea and vomiting all of a sudden. We are currently out of station, here no doctor is available for emergency. We have O2, lopamed and zofer with us. Will it be sufficient?? Kindly advice please.

No need to have 02 or any other antibiotics as there is no active diarrhea and vomiting.
Next Steps
Drink lots of water(3 to 4 litres per day) Avoid unhealthy and unhygienic food as you are out of station Stick to vegetarian diet atleast till symptoms subside.
Health Tips
keep zenfloz oz,metronidazole,electral,Pantop with yourself kindly consult further if dysentry(blood in stools) occurs!

Your wife is "feeling like having diarrhoea and vomiting" . But she actually did not have diarrhoea and vomiting. Secondly you have only O2, Lopramide and Zofer. You don't have any medicine for vomiting, no Pantaprazole and no antihistamine. So frankly you don't have any medicine which could have been useful. Please look for a Medical Store wherever you are located. You can try for the medicines which I have advised.

Yes . Tab O2  three times in a day for 3 days. Tab loperamide 2 mg three times in a day if loose motion stops then Stop the medicine. Tab zofer half an hour before food ORS 3 packets per day. If ORS not able then mix sugar salt in water and make her drink it will prevent dehydration.... plenty of oral fluids ok. Give something soft and bland to eat it will be easy to digest

Good evening Looks like food poisoning Tab Rifagut 200mg 1-0-1 x 3 days after food Tab pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 3 days empty stomach Cap Darolac 0-1-0 x 5 days after food Tab ondem 4mg 1-0-0 x 3 days empty satomach Syp Ulgel (snauf flavour) 1-1-1 x 3 days before food Take rest Drink plenty of water Take Tab Drot M If abdominal cramps are more Avoid spicy and oily food Take soft diet like curdrice/soup
