Feeling Fatigue and back pain
I am a 20 year old ,who gets  tired very quickly and get backache just by standing for 2 hours and feel lazy in the morning itself . I feel very weak and also  eat comparatively less as I have lost interest in food . What could be the reasons for my weakness and how I should become energetic?

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to vitamins, calcium deficiency, etc., You can take tab astymin forte once morning after food and tab shelcal 500 once night after food, both for one month.
