Feeling ear got blockage

She is feeling like her right ear is blocked for about 2 days and feels pain attimes for 2-3 minutes. Wat could be the problem and how can we remediate.

She might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. She can take over the counter analgesics and anti cold medicines or she can also try doing valsalva maneuver
