Feeling discomfort on my right side.

I m feeling discomfort on my right side stomac... Some time I feel sweet pain, some time heaviness. . I Feel discomfort if I sits for long hours.. Sometime I feel pain in near to middle part near to chest some time down side of right side in stomach. . But everything ether its discomfort or sweet pain only in right side.. I feel vibrations sometime in right side also.. I feel lots of indigestion and high gas issue.. stoles are not normal... Well I have fatty lever stag 1 issue , I have stones in my both the kidneys gall blader already removed due to stones , SGOT is little  high 46.6 and SGPT 73.9 rest thing in (hepitatis A,B,C are negative) test normal.. Serum triglyceride 243 higher than the normal range All VLDL -48.42.. I am also thyroid patient and do 5 Km running daily , spend 1 hour in park with different exercise.. my wait is 84 earlier was 92.. height 5.11 Pls advice how can I live with the normal life without any kind of disease. . Pls give the best opinions
