Irresistible feeling to poop/discomfort
Hello. 3 months back I had an intestine infection and was given medicines to cure it. Post that infection, after every meal I get this discomfort around my abdomen area which gives me shivers and increase in palpitations, and once I poop out everything I'm fine. I consulted a gastroenterologist and he mentioned that the colen gas is stuck without a way of release hence I'm feeling the discomfort and recommended pro-biotic supplements. Recently in the last 3 days, every time I feel a very slight squeeze in my chest and body shivers, i get this irresistible feeling to burp/poop it out.

Get LGI scopy or a colonoscopy (both are same). May be strictures due to infection or adhesions in the intestine. In those cases, a diagnostic laproscopy may also be done if it's severe.
