I have been feeling numb for a few weeks..I am feeling like I have no emotions left within me.I am feeling sad the whole day without any reason.I love my boyfriend the most but now even his words are not affecting me..I am feeling guilty for not being able to be happy with him ...I feel like crying the whole day.. sometimes even the suicidal thoughts are crossing my mind...I have no energy left to do anything.

Sometimes repressed sexuality/orientation may also reflects in this form. All this might be triggered by your immediate environment (career, family, partner, etc.) but it is not caused by it. You need to address these underlying issues to address your presenting symptoms. A combination of psychotherapy and medications work best in this case.
