My mother age 60 is proscribed to take Febiflu 400 by doctor, so do we also need to give her paracetamol tab as well in case of fever or Febiflu is enough, please suggest?

Paracetamol is for fever.
And fabiflu is given as anti viral drug to decrease the viral load.
Paracetamol and fabi flu both can be given
