Hi, Nicotine dependency occurs when you  need nicotine and can't stop using it. Recovery depends on the severity of addiction, Your will power, motivation etc When you try to stop you experience unpleasant mental physical symptoms called withdrawal symptoms.

Hi For how long have you been smoking? You have fear of cancer. Consult a psychologist to quit smoking. Having fear of cancer is making you feel extremely anxious. Do not worry a psychologist will help you overcome fear of cancer. Counselling sessions will help you. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and be kind to yourself. With the right treatment you will be able to be feel calm. With the guidance of a psychologist you will be able to quit smoking and overcome fear of cancer.
