Fatigue tiredness
My mother has been having tiredness nausea etc from yesterday onwards . Yesterday when I checked her pulse it was 63. Since she was feeling tired and all, I gave her lime juice and by mid night her pulse came to 68 and today it has been 69 all day and also her bp has been 116/77 in the mrng then after that 121/69  from after noon onwards. And now she is feeling pretty much tired nausea and feeling a kind of spasm/numbness  in her tongue  . She is on her periods it started on last mnday . And she is in stress emotionally. Is there anything I can do at home to make her feel better? Is it something I should worry and need to go to a hospital?

These are all signs of perimenopausal syndrome. All women have them, just that few of them are a bit more hypersensitive to these symptoms. Don't worry. Firsg of all, along with pulse and BO, monitor her temperature as well. For mood swings and altered taste, it is a mixed approach. 1. Ask her to add more fibre based stuff in her diet. 2. Ask her to have plenty of water. 3. Take tab pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for next 3 to 5 days. 4. Start Cap Isoflavanoids 1 cap per day for next 30 days. 5. Eat more of soyabean. 6. Meditation and regular exercises will gradually show effect and will be helpful in long run. Kindly share feedback online.

Would advise you to consult ... without a proper history and examination difficult to assess her condition. Need her to show to a doctor.
